We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized 3D products
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Change of mind or minor color/size variation (due to the 3D printing process)

⏳ Return Window:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund
