π Returns
β Eligible for Return:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
β Not Eligible for Return:
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized 3D products
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Change of mind or minor color/size variation (due to the 3D printing process)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
π° Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
- Allow 5β7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund
